The project initially began trying to resolve parking issues. Phase one was installed to help screen between an enlarged parking lot and occupant rooms. A sitting alcove was also provided.
Phase two anticipates a complete renovation of the streetside views. Landscape material and massing have been choosen in a fashion befitting of the architectural style.
